Reserving the puppy of your choice

In order to assure that you can adopt the puppy of your choice we ask for a deposit to hold the puppy until he/she is old enough to leave. We can not hold any puppy without deposit, the first party to place a deposit for a puppy will effectivly remove the puppy from the market, making it unavailable to any other interested parties.

Placing the deposit

We accept deposit and payment through Paypal. You may send payment using a credit or debit card, even if you do not have an account with Paypal. Riverhillpugs is identity verified by Paypal, the transaction is secure and we will never see your financial information. To send a deposit you may use the "Buy Now" button, or we can email you an invoice at your request. Emailed invoices are good for 24 hours after which they will expire if payment is not placed. We prefer Paypal and generally do not accept other forms of payment.

Terms of deposit

Deposits are applied to the purchase of the puppy of your choice. Payment in full, including any shipping fees (if applicable) is due by the end of the puppy's eighth week of age. The deposit is non-refundable in the event that payment in full is not made, however the deposit may be applied to the purchase of any other available puppy out of any future litter. In the event that we are unable to complete the transaction, customers will recieve a complete refund of their deposit immediatly. We reserve the right to refund deposits or decline transactions at any time.

Shipping Policy

Airline shipping is available to the continental US for the fee specified. Shipping will occur during the puppy's ninth week of age. Shipping outside of the continental US is available, but generally requires a greater fee.

Health Guarantee

A two year guarantee against congenital genetic defect is included with every puppy. We also guarantee puppies to be free from illness and diseases such as Parvo and Distemper. The puppy must be examined by a veterinarian within 72 hours (excluding weekends) in order for the guarantee to be valid.
